Built by Someone Who Saw the Problem Up Close.
Elevyr exists because too many families fall through the cracks — not from bad care, but from missed calls.

Ed Brancheau
Founder & CEO, Elevyr
I didn't start in senior living tech. I started by listening to the people inside these communities — the admissions directors juggling 15 hats, the executive directors who knew they were losing families but couldn't pinpoint where, and the families themselves, desperate for help at the worst moment of their lives.
What I kept hearing was the same story: a family calls, nobody picks up, and by the time someone calls back the next morning, that family has already booked a tour somewhere else. The math is brutal — one missed call can mean $135,000 or more in lost lifetime revenue. And it happens dozens of times a month at communities across the country.
I built Sloane because I believed the technology finally existed to solve this problem without sacrificing the warmth and empathy that families need in that first conversation. Sloane isn't a chatbot. She's not a menu tree. She's an AI admissions agent trained on your community's own Truth Folder — so she sounds like your best team member, not a robot.
Elevyr is a revenue recovery company at its core. We exist to help senior living communities capture the families they're already attracting but losing to voicemail. Every missed call is a family walking to your competitor. We're here to make sure that stops.
Why I Built Sloane.
Every Family Deserves an Answer on the First Call.
That's the mission behind Elevyr. Not more software. Not more dashboards. Just making sure the phone gets answered — with warmth, accuracy, and purpose — every single time.
