Is there a setup fee?

No. Your onboarding is included: building your Truth Folder, configuring Sloane for your community's specific rates, room types, care levels, and policies, testing and QA, and phone system integration. Most communities are live within 7–10 days.

When do I pay?

Your first payment is charged when you enroll, and it covers both your configuration and your first full month of live service. Recurring monthly billing then runs from the day Sloane goes live, so you are never invoiced separately for setup work.

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Elevyr is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. No long-term commitments, no cancellation fees. If Sloane isn't earning her keep, you can walk away.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

There's one option, published and the same for every community: pay 12 months up front and you're only billed for 10, so two months free, about 17% back. It's not a negotiated markdown, and there's no struck-through price. It's simply a second way to pay, for communities that would rather commit for the year than bill monthly. Annual partners also get a personal on-site onboarding visit from the founder.

Will my rate go up later?

No. Your rate is locked for as long as you stay, and we don't run annual price increases on active clients. The monthly you start at is the monthly you keep, even as our list prices rise for new communities. The one exception: if you cancel and later come back, the new engagement is priced at whatever rates are current then.

Sloane is a front door for inquiries, not a resident record system, so she never replaces the software that runs your building.

Run Sloane for 60 days. If you decide she hasn't earned her keep, tell us and we refund every dollar you've paid, including the first payment that covered her configuration. Not the unused part. All of it. You keep your recordings and transcripts either way. There is nothing to qualify for and nothing to document: no reason required, no minimum call volume, no inquiry count to hit.
