1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Elevyr website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Elevyr provides Sloane, an AI-powered voice admissions agent for senior living communities. Sloane answers inbound calls, qualifies prospective residents' families, and books tours on behalf of our client communities.

3. Billing & Payment

There is no setup fee. Your first payment is charged upon enrollment and covers both configuration and your first full month of live service. Recurring monthly billing then begins on your go-live date. All plans are month-to-month. Within your first 60 days you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of everything you have paid, under the guarantee in Section 4. After that window, cancellation takes 30 days' written notice and we do not refund partial months.

Your rate is locked for as long as you stay. Elevyr does not run annual price increases on active clients. The monthly rate you start at is the rate you keep. If an engagement is cancelled and later restarted, the new engagement is priced at rates current at that time.

4. The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If at any point within 60 days of your go-live date you decide Sloane has not earned her keep, tell us in writing and we will refund every dollar you have paid us for the service — including your first payment, which covers configuration. You keep your call recordings and transcripts either way.

There is nothing to qualify for and nothing to document. We do not require a reason, a minimum call volume, or a minimum number of inquiries. The request must be made within the 60-day window, and the guarantee applies once per client engagement.

If you prepaid annually and cancel after the 60-day window, we refund your unused whole months, valued at the standard monthly rate for your tier.

Your call forwarding is yours the entire time. Turning it off restores your prior setup immediately, without contacting us and without our permission — so the decision to stop is always in your hands, not ours.

5. AI Disclosure

Sloane always discloses to callers that she is an AI agent and that the call is being recorded. Client communities are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal call recording laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elevyr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Elevyr in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
