1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Elevyr website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Elevyr provides Sloane, an AI-powered voice admissions agent for senior living communities. Sloane answers inbound calls, qualifies prospective residents' families, and books tours on behalf of our client communities.
3. Billing & Payment
Setup fees are charged upon enrollment. Monthly subscription fees begin on Day 40 after enrollment. All plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months.
4. The Tour Guarantee
If Sloane does not book at least one tour with a qualified lead within 14 calendar days of going live, Elevyr will refund 100% of the setup fee. This guarantee applies once per client engagement.
5. AI Disclosure
Sloane always discloses to callers that she is an AI agent and that the call is being recorded. Client communities are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal call recording laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elevyr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Elevyr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
