1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Elevyr website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Elevyr provides Sloane, an AI-powered voice admissions agent for senior living communities. Sloane answers inbound calls, qualifies prospective residents' families, and books tours on behalf of our client communities.

3. Billing & Payment

There is no setup fee. Your first payment is charged upon enrollment and covers both configuration and your first full month of live service. Recurring monthly billing then begins on your go-live date. All plans are month-to-month. Within your first 60 days you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of everything you have paid, under the guarantee in Section 4. After that window, cancellation takes 30 days' written notice and we do not refund partial months.

Your rate is locked for as long as you stay. A term-limited promotional rate does not weaken this, it sits on top of it: a founding rate runs for its stated term, then you land on the published rate that was in force on the day you signed up, and that figure is held from there. The only increase any client ever sees is the expiry of a discount whose length they were told up front. Elevyr does not run annual price increases on active clients. The monthly rate you start at is the rate you keep. If an engagement is canceled and later restarted, the new engagement is priced at rates current at that time.

4. The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If at any point within 60 days of your go-live date you decide Sloane has not earned her keep, tell us in writing and we will refund every dollar you have paid us for the service — including your first payment, which covers configuration. You keep your call recordings and transcripts either way.

There is nothing to qualify for and nothing to document. We do not require a reason, a minimum call volume, or a minimum number of inquiries. The request must be made within the 60-day window, and the guarantee applies once per client engagement.

If you prepaid annually and cancel after the 60-day window, we refund your unused whole months, valued at the standard monthly rate for your tier.

Your call forwarding is yours the entire time. Turning it off restores your prior setup immediately, without contacting us and without our permission — so the decision to stop is always in your hands, not ours.

5. Included Website for Residential Care Homes

If you run a residential care home (board and care) and, when you sign up, your home has no website, a website that no longer works, or one that is badly out of date, a basic website is included in your monthly rate at no extra charge. We assess your existing site when you sign up.

What you get. One website built from our standard template, filled with your home's details, with your Sloane number as its phone line. You send us photos and a short description once, and we make one round of changes at setup. After that we correct factual errors, such as a wrong phone number or a typo, but we do not redesign the site.

Your Google Business Profile. When we build the site, we also claim your home's Google Business Profile, or create one if none exists, and point it at the new site and your Sloane number. Your home stays the owner of the profile. We are added only as a manager, and we remove ourselves if you leave. Google requires the owner to verify the profile, so we start that with you when you sign up.

When it is built. After your first monthly payment clears, 45 days after you sign up. We do not build a site for a client who cancels before then.

Your domain. If you need a new domain, we register it and hold it for you. If you already own one, you keep it and point it at our hosting.

After 12 months. Once you have been a client for 12 months, the site is yours. If you leave after that, we hand over the site files and transfer the domain to you. We do not host sites for former clients.

Leaving before 12 months. You choose. The site comes down, or you keep it by paying the rest of your first 12 months on your normal monthly billing, never as a lump sum. If you take a refund under the money-back guarantee, the site comes down. Whenever the site comes down, its link comes off your Google Business Profile.

Nothing else changes. The website adds no contract and no commitment term. Your plan stays month-to-month, and the money-back guarantee and cancellation terms above apply exactly as written.

6. AI Disclosure

Sloane always discloses to callers that she is an AI agent and that the call is being recorded. Client communities are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal call recording laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elevyr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Elevyr in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
